In retrospect, I got to stay here for a week during a series of seminars and conferences. The hall assigned to us was modest, but adequate. However, the WIFI connectivity was unsatisfactory, even in the individual rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms were not quiet either, as conversations from the hallway were easily heard. On a positive note, the restrooms were in good condition. One standout feature was the proximity to a church, which was especially convenient as our event coincided with Ash Wednesday.

Accessible via commute. Has large function rooms. Staff are very attentive to the needs of the guests and customers. However, during one of the activities I attended, there was a cockroach roaming around the table where the coffee machine and the sugar, creamer, etc. are located. I immediately called the attention of the staff and I didn't feel drinking coffee after.

The place is at the heart of the busy city. The food was ok. The rooms were clean. I observed that the room sometimes emits smell like someone's cooking. Maybe because the even number rooms (mine was 320) were near an exhaust. Occasionally, one can hear band played loud music from nearby bar.

Many restos and markets are nearby. Staff are respectable and hospitable. We had a good and relaxing time staying.

The floors are not secured from visitors. Outsiders who are not hotel guests can easily access the elevators and the floors of the guests' rooms

Clean and staff very courteous. May Wifi each room, Breakfast included. Very good location, food is great sa resto nila downstairs Ombu Kusina, sarap ng halo halo nila. We will definitely book again on our next visit.

I have no complaints about the rooms, amenities and location. All were pleasant as expected. However, internet is driving us crazy! Poor connection and network signals all over the hotel. After checking the reviews now, this isn't the first time that someone made a complain about this. And I don't think the management is taking this seriously since the matter is still unresolved. So if you're going on a business trip or taking a work from home job and just want a peace and relaxing time, I wouldn't be recommending this place! How inconvenient!
